In this article, you will learn how and where to add your contact details to your GoCardless account. Until you add these details, all notifications will be sent to the first administrator on the account.
Follow these steps in order to enter your contact details:
1. Enter your Support contact details
These will be displayed at the bottom of the mandate form and automatic notifications. This is visible to your customers and instructs them how to contact you if they need assistance.
2. Next, enter your Billing contact details
This is where we will send notifications regarding your payouts. This is internal and will not be shared with your customers.
3. Lastly, enter your Developer contact details (if applicable)
This is where GoCardless will send notifications about your integration or our API. If you have a developer, we would advise you to add their details here to ensure they are contacted with information relevant to your integration with our API.
